A few of the climbers like Mas and Fraile seemed to improve over the 2nd and 3rd section. Wasn’t a terrible time in relation to everyone except Pogacar.Bad TT for Wilco, same time as Mas.
It's literally impossible. The only possibility is UAE messing up a descent like in Itzulia, and even that is unlikely to be enough.1:43 for Carapaz. Going to need to go nuclear in mountains.
