If vingegaard wasn't such a wheel sucker the race would be way more interesting
In all fairness Vingegaard had to wheelsuck to force Pogacar to put in a huge effort to keep the Jumbo helpers on distance. That's the logical consequence of the situation Jumbo has set up. So Vingegaard either gaps Pog on Granon or at least is fresher to win the stage in a 2 man sprint.

I've never witnessed though, that a team themselves kills the favorable situation it created before.

This better still works out, because otherwise it's a major face-palm.

Not watching as at work - but looking at time gaps, WaWa wins this doesn’t he? They ain’t pulling that back in 11km

What´s the plan for the final climb. All out train Hoping that Jonas can beat Pog 1vs1?
Yeah I don't know. If Vingegaard feels like he could drop Pog, why didn't he try on the Galibier. But then they do look rather aggressive right now
