Jumbo really don’t seem keen on letting a stronger break get across. It would be very disappointing if this is the botd but we are starting to run out of climb

Generally it's preferable for big-name riders on win on mountains like Alpe, wouldn't you say?

It does completely mess up the KOM jersey. Will probably go to a GC rider again at this rate as there are only two HC climbs after today, one of which is an MTF.

In general, no I like outsiders winning big races! But here I’d just like to see either two big battles, one for stage and one for GC, or alternatively a strong break as a complicating third factor in a GC rider war. This lot if they are kept to a small gap probably just won’t be a factor at all.
