He's hardly going to matter for Pog anyway today imo.

Giving your riders chances to try things probably goes a long way towards making them fall in line when you actually need.

He's not been very helpful to Pog lately on the climbs. I thought they wanted to make him useful by getting him in the break and supporting Pog in the last kilometers. Maybe that will still happen.

What gap do the front four need? Maybe 30'' would be enough.

Imo 45 presuming at least one of the climbers has good legs.

Feels like on paper it should be a fairly easy win for Pinot at this point, he's done nothing at all while everyone else has made bridging efforts or closing efforts.

Enjoying this stage. Meintjes has played a blinder, even if he's the least explosive cyclist ever. Unbelievably I find myself rooting for Bling.
