more likely not. Cherel has a daily blog in the "nice-matin" newspaper, and today's one says that he had family visit on the rest day, did 1 1/2 hours on the bike, and then met l'Equipe for a feature about him - so that doesn't scream "isolation" to me

If Wout is in the break, then Jumbo will have too few riders for pacing the peleton. Will Benoot and Kuss be enough for the two climbs? Don´t think so.. Laporte and van Hooydonck will only offer help until the first slopes of Port de Lers. It would be a totally different story with Kruiswijk or Roglic still in the race, but they aren´t anymore..

I think Ineos or UAE (Soler, McNulty and Majka) can relatively easily isolate Jonas on the very first big climb. And the most important thing is that there are 4 guys inside 3 minutes so Jonas needs to control more riders unless he wants to end up losing like Rog vs Nibali in Giro 2019.

reading the team's tweet again, "weekly tests carried out by the race organization have returned positive" actually sounds more like those two were indeed the ones reported about yesterday. No idea how he fitted in all his rest day activities before getting the results then.
