A lot of that Tour money is also paid out in so many ways; for the overall placings down to 160th, stage wins and placings down to 20th, stage classifications, and overall classification wins and placings.
Tennis has had higher viewership in 2023 compared to cycling and other years.
Cycling unlike tennis and golf has higher distributions that the allotted money can go to for spending. Think of all the hotel rooms you need to get for the teams and staff, gas money, vehicle maintenance, spending for police, parking, food, etc. It’s a lot compared to what tennis and golf has to spend out.
And again, read my last paragraph. Organizers have a lot more to spend their money on then pocketing some or more. The total prize fund for the Tour, is lower than the winners prize in both examples.
then why is the gap still over 3 min? Are you saying thinking it’s GPS trolling?UAE some strong climbing train. Even without Almeida, McNulty and Ayuso.
I think Kwiat has this.
It looks like they are trying! It's all a bit strangeI find it weird UAE is not dropping the hammer more, it seems like they are riding the climb defensively.
If I was the JV DS, I'd recommend Vingegaard trying to punch it on the steep part with 7.5 K to go, but they probably wont.
25 minutes of climbing to go.Can’t see him losing 3 minutes in 8km
I think there's more than one on that hill. There's always that one ass hole
