It eases up from here to the col, so maybe Pidcock can hang on. But he still has the Joux-Plane which won't be soft pedaled.

So Van Baarle to to bring them over the top of the climb, lead them on the descent and the flat before Van Aert, Kelderman and Kuss set up Vingegaard on the Joux Plane?

Not sure. Looks like he is running out of steam. Buchmann is back. Pidcock and Martin are looking slightly better.

Guillaume Martin casually riding himself into the top 10 again

Yup and Gall too.

Castroviejo doing a very good stage today. Still right next to Rodriguez.

Van Aert now taking over in this flatter part.

Why has Castroviejo not once tried to go on the attack in this race? With these climbing legs, he would easily be able to win a stage.

Days like today would be even better if the sprints and KoM points had bonus seconds.

I think jumbo will drill it over the top to try and break things up on the descent

Castoviejo is doing what I'd do if I was a domestique, try and ride hard to the end of the stages and hope nobody notices to sneak into a good GC finish.

Kuss has been doing it all race but he's been too conspicuous about it.
