Pidcock has been great on the unipuerto stages but now we're back in the real mountains he's reminding us why he was outside the top 10 before those in the first place.

JV guys have eaten a lot of pasta, it seems. Soon Vinge, Kuss, Wout and Van Baarle will be the majority of the "peleton".

Steep section almost over so I guess the bomb isn't being dropped here yet. Wonder if anyone will bother with the KOM points.

So Van Baarle to to bring them over the top of the climb, lead them on the descent and the flat before Van Aert, Kelderman and Kuss set up Vingegaard on the Joux Plane?

Or he just went into the race with not much form from the TDS, and today he crashed.
