In German Eurosport they are very convinced that Pogacar looks to have problems. Talking a lot with teammates, getting splashed with water by teammates. I really can’t tell but Eisel especially seems convinced Vingegaard looks stronger.
They can speculate as much as they want but the reality is they don't really know. Remember he was pulling smiley faces before Granon last year and then completely blew up then was apparently looking gassed last week on stage 6 when he dropped Vingegaard. It's just idle chat by commentators to fill in gaps.

What we do know though, given the way Jumbo are riding today, is that Vingegaard will attack at some point on Joux Plane and then we will know for sure.

Van Baarle last wheel, he was good in the other chaos stage. Really impressive climbing from him.

Ciccone and Woods might as well drop back and try to stay in the peloton. Surely that's not less likely than riding 10 Seconds in front of Jumbo the entire climb.
