Wasn't the motorbikes fault there I think, feel bad for the fallen rider but he wasn't following the line of the road.

Clearly Neilandts fault. You don't reach out for a bidon in the middle of a corner. The moto guy handed him one because he assumed that Neilandts was safe to grab it. What was he supposed to do? shout 'non'?

Dont think you have to or should assign the blame to anyone.

I think everyone involved just felt instant regret.

As I saw it, Neilands misjudged the turn, while the moto did not, to he got himself tangled in the front wheel.
