Have a prologue and a hilly TTTotally flat stages are boring per se, there should be some variation to possibly change the momentum. We're not talking about mountains, as the strawman above suggested. There is loads of room for climbs in TT's. Just see how well Asgreen and Pedersen are doing today - both pretty bad climbers.
I think the question is IF he will lose time on the climbNo bike change for Vingegaard, his spare TT bike is on the right side on the car, question is how much he loses to Pogacar on the climb.
