Time gap as a % of winning time today - 5.01%
Time gap as a % of winning time when Indurain won by 3 minutes - 3.77%
Time gap as a % of winning time when Ullrich won by 3 minutes - 4.01%

Forget what I said earlier, this is the most insane TT performance in history, and possibly more insane than any non-TT performance too.
That's astonishing given that Indurain was a TT rider who could climb very well. Whereas Jonas has been the opposite till today?

Someone earlier in this thread said that this is what people think PDBF ITT was. Pog had a really good (though not great by his standards) time trial, Jonas was just out of this world. Can you imagine if this ITT was actually 40-50km long? I don't even want to lol.

Reckon how much time Tadej lost because of a bike change? Commentators in my country were very critical of it.

JV has to try and do the Giro tour double. Clearly he is the best grand tour rider in the world and his recovery is off the charts. And then at least he might be a bit tired for the tour to make it worth watching
Forget that, triple crown 2024 or bust...the SKY (get it?) is the limit

The only good thing about this, is that we will see something crazy and daring from UAE tomorrow with a Pogacar evolving into something much more scary, than ever seen before or well.. a Pogacar that gets cooked.. Both could be good television.
