I would be very surprised if starts the Tour next year. He has won it two times. It is better he stays away and goes for the Giro.
I think Pogacar will want to prove he can beat Vingegaard before going for Tour and Vuelta, and even if he doesn't there are sponsor interests at play.

depends on his mindset. either he takes this as fuel to beat the freak next year, or he'll become afraid of him.
Pogi has a joyous personality. He might need a while to gather himself, but I expect he'll be back a little more determined this year.

I really wondered when there were shots of Pogi in the pool playing with a massive inflatable duck the day before the TT. I googled whether swimming the day before a bike race was harmful. (I didn't find good information.) I thought: Jonas isn't playing. He's resting and studying and getting ready for war.

Unless JV wants to avoid more controversy and send Rog one final time to the Tour, instead.
that's a loser mindset

He already beat him this year in P-N. Where else is he supposed to beat him before the Tour? In Dauphine? Thats too close. Vinge and JV level his higher than what Pog can do.

I think Pog doesnt do the Tour next season.

Lets see what Ayuso does in the Vuelta.
