Pog was 1 level above everyone. Vinge was 2 levels above.

Anyone saying he was bad is just people with an own agenda and bias. It just fan wars at the end of the day or they really just dislike one rider/team, but have no problem with the other.

This just seems like the smartest thing to do in the end. He will rather concede like this than even try to do anything here, after yesterday. Having the crash today is a nice excuse for him.

Tour was lost yesterday after that super-performance, where Pog had a better performance than his 2020 ITT. Saying he is bad is just laughable. Some people saying that knows better, they are just trolling/being petty.

I really don't agree with this being that pog didn't have a week 3 base, prep no good etc.

He murdered the TT yesterday. He crashed. Crashing screws you, it's well documented

Still he rode a very good TT yesterday, so I'd be surprised if the crash didn't play a small role at least. On the other hand a TT is a short effort, while this stage is surely not.

Unlikely that he went from putting minutes into anyone not named Vingegaard to dropping with 10 guys left in the group over night.
