Ciccone deserves that he's been climbing great and attacking throughout the race.

Surely Lavenu will be pissed at Gall putting no effort into the KOM jersey today.

Based on the start interviews, it seems to be Lavenu himself who made that call. Shame, means the KOM battle has concluded with as much of an anticlimax as in the Giro.

No heart for cycling fans those UAE guys. Unfortunately that's modern cycling a few riders and teams who want to have it all... a few years ago no top team would have give a F*ck about this stage win.
You can't blame Pogacar wanting to go for this stage win; he took a couple really heavy blows this week and a stage win would really help him leave this Tour on a much higher note. Very important psychologically as he moves on from this and analyzes/licks his wounds/starts planning for next year.

Nothing. Yet oddly people seem perfectly happy to listen to that blabbering moron Kirby.

if Kirby started doing cod foreign accents, he'd get absolutely trashed by people for doing it.

Blythe isnt supposed to be on the bike to make banter or poor jokes, hes meant to be there to tell us whats happening in the bits in the race we cant see

Was thinking Pogacar ran out of gas because of his stunted training schedule after the broken wrist, scared he's about to make me look a complete fool and go thermonuclear on that last climb now. If he does it will raise more questions than answers really.

His DS said he was having problems getting food down, so it was probably a hunger knock + whatever gastro issues he was having.

Posted earlier in the year that we have too many hungry riders and teams in the peleton, which must lead to bad blood at some stage.

Ok come on, this is actually trying to give him a motodraft, I don't care that it's uphill.
