If they give the break enough leeway, which I just can't imagine, it will be Vingegaard bridging up to Van Aert on Tourmalet, you can be pretty sure of that.

Terrible break for anyone other than Jumbo

Why? Bora should like this. They never going to get a break without a Jumbo rider and would waste all energy chasing like mad.
They should now just sit up completely. Give this break 15 minutes, no one is threatening for GC and it gives Vingegaard slightly less incentive to attack because no stage win and bonus seconds. Of course WVA after Tourmalet is a threat but it's still a big risk for Vingegaard to attack on Tourmalet.

Last climb should suit him pretty well. Tourmalet might be a bit heavy on Wout though, and maybe he has order to lead-out Vingegaard on the last climb. Powless could also be a tough cookie for him.
