Does "physical capacity of a rider"

include "being able to handle a bike".

Because honestly many crashes I would say fall under physical capacity ahaha. And I like Roglic.

Your reactions, ability to shift weight etc are part of your physical capacity aha.

I know that is not how they are meant to be read. But if you crash when pushing without anyone making you crash etc? You should not get the same time.

This is not like a mechanical or someone clipping a back wheel.

Did they really gave Roglic the same time as Remco? The crash was his own mistake ...

Apparently bike handling does not come under physical capacity...

complaints about gravel and cobbles...
crashes not losing time...

why doesnt everyone just get hooked up to a V02 max test every day, points awarded over 21 days for the highest, and whoever has the highest wins the tour. Would save a lot of time and effort and be far safer.
