Pogi saying he had fun out there and let's keep it going like this. Gotta love the guy's attitude!
Yeah but that's not his style. Perhaps the biggest difference between him and JV is focus and patience. JV does everything to win the biggest race in the world. Pog wants to have fun and win other races. Can you blame him? He's already won TDF twice. If Pog loses this tour he has to stop doing the year long peak. You can’t keep turning up here and getting cooked, needs to peak for this race alone
Remco needs to chase too. But I can't imagine Pog sanctioning a GC Kuss stunt unless he's droppedAnd then what?
Or you mean with sending Yates, Almeida, Ayuso in the breaks? That could potentially indeed work. But rather in a Kuss way.
I think it was always going to be Pogacar on the offensive until now and then Vinge on the offensive from stage 14 and onwards. Given the context of the route and Vinge's injury, that's what makes most sense for everyone.Maybe this stage will be a change in Pogi’s approach. Not good for the couch potatoes but better for him. Just follow Vingo now. Result more important than spectacle.
Tadej didn't say anything about a hunger knock in his interview. Not entirely buying the fuelling thing, maybe it was a factor but after the initial surge Vingegaard was already pulling it back on the top of Puy Mary, the gap just ballooned on the descent.
I think at this point we can conclude the injury has had little bearing on Vingegaard's condition in the race.I think it was always going to be Pogacar on the offensive until now and then Vinge on the offensive from stage 14 and onwards. I don't think that is something you would give away for free in an interview. The amount he was eating after the stage is telling, but perhaps all riders do that and we never see it?Tadej didn't say anything about a hunger knock in his interview.
He doesn't get dropped like that on the Galibier stage if he is in the exact same form as last year. He looked completely dead at the top of Galibier, big difference from Puy de Dome last year.I think at this point we can conclude the injury has had little bearing on Vingegaard's condition in the race.
He better hope soPogacar said in his interview post race that his training is more suited for the Pyrenees (longer climbs).

It is true but Vingo is also better in those stages too...Pogacar said in his interview post race that his training is more suited for the Pyrenees (longer climbs).

The time gain on top of Galibier was the same as on the top of Puy de Dome.He doesn't get dropped like that on the Galibier stage if he is in the exact same form as last year. He looked completely dead at the top of Galibier, big difference from Puy de Dome last year.
Where did you see footage?looking at the footage of Rog's crash, I'd argue he wasn't within 1 second of Remco. He deserves his own time
Where did you see footage?
Froome took time in grand tours in TTs, MTF, 80km insane attacks, attacking downhill and in crosswinds. Don't talk nonsense.Youre right, but this is also because we are spoiled right now... think about the rotten years of Armstrong, Wiggins, Froome guys who absolutely refused to race unless it was an ITT or a big , steep MTF (hi Sepp). Matter of fact 2016 had the same final 30ks and absolutely nothing happened (15 guys S.T behind sky beeing said nothing here)... but again I agree, but still you need the attitude of the riders and teams to coorperate, if not to say: we need Pogi 😍
So many people today crying about Evenepoel. You WISH you had balls as big as his.
If Remco has a million fans, then I am one of them. If Remco has ten fans, then I am one of them. If Remco has only one fan then that is me. If Remco has no fans, then that means I am no longer on earth. If the world is against Remco, then I am against the world.
They showed Rog/remco about 5 seconds before the crash about to go around a hairpin, icr how close Rog was thoughWhere did you see footage?
I don't know who posted it yesterday but I already said back then that its not an endurance weakness most likely but rather him not targeting classics, and in GTs long stages are usually flat/hilly at max.Vingegaard’s first 200k+ stage win
Jonas wins lots of races.Yeah but that's not his style. Perhaps the biggest difference between him and JV is focus and patience. JV does everything to win the biggest race in the world. Pog wants to have fun and win other races. Can you blame him? He's already won TDF twice.
