Van Gils wanted to get De Lie back in front and almost made his sprinter crash. What was he thinking. Maybe going too fast and riders closing in so he couldn’t break in time. Was not the best idea.

Van Aert has to let the wins come to him rather than chase them so desperately. Do what Laporte did in the final today, go with moves. Don't put your team on the front so all the pressure is on you to deliver.
