I actually appreciate that there are different ways of riding - riders with heads moving from side to side, or that basque rider in the 1990's that I forgot the name of.Yeh, as much as I love Healy's "style" in terms of being a very ballsy rider who seems to always want to animate...
he makes climbing look like he is going up a hill on his way to school on a £100 mountain bike.
BUT tbh it is what a lot of riders basically get told to do from a kid these days. Climb in saddle, low, with high cadence.
But who cares if it is in theory more efficient... climbing out of the saddle just looks so much better ahaha.
On the other side, Yates was quite useless
I saw him checking his bike computer, i think he's reading the forum!Hold on Remco, keep that pace. You're doing an amazing job.

It’s a double and an injury. Might be closest he ever getsRemco is really good, definitely made some steps. Very interesting for the future. I expected him to be 3rd best, but not this close to the best 2.
Yes but plan was for sure he goes hard for Pogi in that flatter part we just saw, where drafting actually matters. The 300m in the steep part did nothing for Pogacar, in fact hr probably could have gone faster. Still the right strategy but for sure didn’t work as intended.Put in a pretty big effort to catch Healy really... he took 1 minute out of him when Healy was not exactly going "slowly" in the space of a few kms.
Or maybe not... Pog is a man possessed.Vinge dropped Remco. Pog is doomed.
