Is Gianetti and the Arabs in charge of the team tired of Ayuso and teaching him a lesson or whats going on here?
We were warned a long time ago.
Gianetti probably didn't take notice.

Ayuso does everything not to help Pog and when he is in the race, he gives up halfway through races for no reason like at Emillia 2023

say what you want, but I wouldn't bring Ayuso to the Tour, it's clear to Almeida who's the boss and he'll be an excellent assistant, unlike that little jealous Spaniard

Today stage in a normal Tour, in the middle of the race or even at the begining would be a typical stage for a break, and just to be care for the peolton nobody important caould get the break.

But this time could be very different, and if is very different, concecuences for GC could be great as the battle should be for very far, not just 20 Km like yesterday and some seconds. Today if something happend someone in GC could take some minutes or lose it.

It is a medium mountain stage, but he last 20 Km are quite flat, perfect for Remco.
You need of course tactics and a hard stage.

But we have almost sure hard stage, becouse lot of importantes names, people who lost time on GC, but in a normal situation would fight for the podium or at least the top ten are ggoing to the attack. so many people that a man for GC, imagine ciccone of Derek, could get there and then others have to react and then the best riders. Becouse officialy Remco is still afraid people as Carlos Rodriguez recover time on the hight mountains. He coudl dream with the second or even to win le Tour, but officially that is the objetive, to secure podium after two historical riders (as him).

So if the race is crazy from the begining everything can happends.

Of course as well the buch could finishes 50 riders together at 15 minutes behind a break of 40 riders as I read you. Would be normal, but we have special riders here and some situation that make to think very optimistic:

One, you say Vingegaard looked tired yesterday, but I dont think so, He just want to win and his only possibility is to have a hard race everyday. I think Visma will try to meke a race course.

Trek, and especially one name, Carlos Verona. I read ir every day. He is felling really great, maybe as ever. He finished yesterday with the people of the top 10 after to work, and in general worked all day and all Tour. He even fell he cpudl have figt the stage to those big names, but he was the only one not allowed to go on the break...all the team was there except Ciccone and hi, who had the order to be his shadow (his own words), So, if the race is quite, I think he will attack with ciconne from far to see if they can improve just one ppsition at GC. As he said, this is the Tour and for the team is not the same to be 7th than 8th.

And, one important issue, Pogacar is racing, and he said yesterday that sometimes he doesnt know why he attacked.

So, lot of ingredients today for a great race again.

I agree; this stage could see some really great racing, even a GC day, if raced very hard which I think it will be. I don't see the break getting a ton of time, even with the 3 hard stages yet to come. I see the rest of the Tour being ridden very hard, starting with today.

Remco is smelling blood, this is actually the perfect stage for him. Do not be fooled by the profile, there is not one meter of flat. One can hope....
