[Edited]
All being well, I shall be on Hautacam for stage 12 and somewhere on the Peyragudes climb for stage 13. I've never been before, so I'm very excited and hoping Jonas will be stronger than the Dauphine so we get something akin to the excitement of the 2023 Tour. For stage 14, I'm trying to decide whether to bother trying to get up the Tourmalet, or to stick with the Col d'Aspin, as we're staying just at the bottom so would make our lives a bit easier.

I mentioned this in the thread on climbers as well: folks who have access to L’Equipe online or in paper, they have a special issue out that is devoted entirely to the past 50 years of the polka dot jersey.

Why do you care? PCS probably just copied the stats of the Tour. Same stuff with Ventoux, big deal. Probably gives a better representation of the climb anyways when you cut the starting 2-5% out of the climb

The Peyragudes profile on the official site is an all time classic.

5% is very efficient at whittling down the peloton.

It was also on those first km where Hinault was dropped

Im at the stage where Im looking at the profiles each day. Often scrolling through the PCS stages multiple times to discover new stuff. Does anyone do the same?
Yes, it is my obsession. I even draw profiles with pen and paper in the back page of my notebook.

And often when I'm in the shower, I draw profiles of climbs on the steamed glass of th shower door. Sorry if that'd too much info, but I just love looking at profiles of stages!!

Just realized Mikkel Bjerg is not riding TdF. Between him, Wellens and Politt I believe he would make a difference.

Pound for Pound, Team Visma looks stronger this year.

If they could get some of the past Tour performance levels from Van Aert and Kuss that could really help shape the race. Though perhaps not enough to come away with yellow.
