wonder if he can actually do a good descent and make up some time
He didn’t do this climb as prep so he also doesn’t know the descent. Hope Visma takes it easier but it’s still over for this stage, even if he comes closer now.

If Pogacar is feeling anyway good today he has to attack on the final climb. Jorgensen could lose minutes if UAE start drilling early on Hautacam and shell him out the back. Unless he was sandbagging earlier which looks unlikely.
If he is feeling really good he should attack on this little climb and hope Wellens is there after the climb

No way can Woods stay away. Too much flattish before Haut, right?
The remaining break riders, or at least the top 3-5 will catch him up, but Woods will drop them again on the climb. How long can he hold off the GC group though?
