Yes but he struggles a lot in these hills. He is afraid of crashes just like Remco. Not that it says anything but Almeida still have finished ahead of both Remco and Rogla on both stages.

While those hilly stages are probably his weakness actuallyNot that it says anything but Almeida still have finished ahead of both Remco and Rogla on both stages.
rightfully so. Was he at Lombardia when Remco crashed btw?Yes but he struggles a lot in these hills. He is afraid of crashes just like Remco.
That old Motorola kit was pretty nice looking imho.I got confused by it too. I kept waiting to see Andy Hampsten
Enric “Eeyore” Mas in 6th at +10 seconds.Enric Mas with 39 seconds on Remco and Rogla in GC.
Clearly just wasting more energy than either, which is very selfish considering it's his primary duty to help Pogacar. Not that it says anything but Almeida still have finished ahead of both Remco and Rogla on both stages.
Pogacar already said last year that he lost some of his explosiveness for the Tour due to climbing training.Main takes from the Tour preparation:
1) Vingo has worked on his explosivity (famed muscle mass)
2) Pogi has worked on losing his explosivity
Let's see how it ends.
He's was ill at Belgian nationals so...Is there something wrong with WVA ??
Also Johannessen, who was in the front group yesterday.
every team between 4th and 10th is probably satisfied with their UCI points
He was sick at the nationals but yes, so far way off paceIs there something wrong with WVA ??
What the hell?Clearly just wasting more energy than either, which is very selfish considering it's his primary duty to help Pogacar.
Well, I don't conclude from these attacks by Vingegaard that he's going to win the Tour; quite the opposite. Without needing to attack, I've seen Pogacar doing much more easily than Vingegaard. The feeling Pogacar is transmitting is incredible.
He hasn't really done anything, but it's noticeable in his ease in gaining positions.
Today he could have won with an early attack, but he chose to leave it to the sprint.
The feeling is that he'll finish alone in the first hard finish.
Pogacar already said last year that he lost some of his explosiveness for the Tour due to climbing training.
Last year in San Luca he lacked explosiveness.
He's more explosive in the spring, but this year he already said that in the second half of the year he´d focus on high mountains and lose some explosiveness.
