I am wondering if he's going to fade tho. I'm pretty sure he has one of the highest amount of racedays out of the whole Tour peloton. I would love to see him be good the whole Tour, just to prove to everyone this whole "let's be boring and just sit on a mountain instead of racing" stuff disappear but...

Honestly you have to get at some point every DS in a room that is not at UAE and maybe Alpecin and say: Do you want a break, then ride like it. It's really strange to me that no one figuered that out. Now they destroying their riders legs with that kind of jumping and Pogi rides to an easy win. Also it's totally stupid for Alpecin to control like that if they have no chance of winning the stage and will loose Yellow in the process.

It's nice to see a more compassionate, loving and giving UAE team this year. Only one stage win so far, giving away the jerseys and encouraging other teams to reach their level. UAE will probably nuke today's stage but their hand has been forced by the disrespect shown to them by VLAB.

If UAE or Visma riders go below 50km/h, they'll explode. So they keep attacking and riding fast. It all makes sense.

That's the exact reason I didn't take Vauquelin in my TdF game. He's got 7100 km in his legs. Wrong call by me I guess.

I agree if there are some hills in their...but with a flat parcours like this there won't be a big break after 80 k of break formation

One guy in the 6 probably didnt help Pocagar in a breakaway in a 2016 junior race because he had a teammate behind, so now he's on a UAE blacklist and politt will give his all to bring the group back
