Another stage ruined and an easy victory for Bo Hagen.

Serious question - how is this going to be an easy victory?

The guy has killed himself for 2 weeks already, is in a group of guys that probably want their own result and a peloton that doesn't seem keen on letting the break stay away.

Cos they got noone in the break and today is the last shot.
If they keep on like this it will just be a bunch sprint.

Will be an exciting duel between Cavendish, Greipel and Leipheimer in the sprint! :p

1. The breakway contains a lot of strong guys who all will attack EBH IF they stay away.
2. The peloton is not letting the breakaway go.

Can hardly see how that's an easy victory.

Meh, if the breakaway stays away, EBH will win 100%. He might even be the first one to attack.

"He's Spanish, so he probably doesn't understand what the yellow flag means".

Wow, Phil, Wow. Not cool.

Peleton strung out and going really hard already, break staying at 2'30. BMC, AG2R, OPQS and Saur Sojasun doing the chasing on the front.

Phil and Paul just said on air that alot of the sprinters said this morning they wont be going for it today. May have no choice...

IF EBH wins I have to think: When is the last time as four riders from a team have won a stage in the Tour?

I can easily remember multiple triplets:
Mercado/Boonen/Virenque in 2004
Armstrong/Hincapie/Savoldelli in 2005
Freire/Menchov/Rasmussen in 2006
Boonen/Steegmans/Vasseur in 2007
Gilbert/Vanendert/Greipel in 2011

AG2R and OPQS are chasing. No one knows why.

they missed the escape group, they didn't win a stage, today's their last chance, their team directors are not really satisfied ...

so easily explained why some teams ride in the bunch

who would be the fourth for the sky this year? i can't remember, so far only cavendish and wiggins have the stage win i think.

Good effort by the break atm. They arent losing time. If they get over 3mins again I think the peleton will give up

They should. It's so late now that if the breakaway is caught, there will be a bunch sprint. I don't think it's a bunch sprints the chasers want. Unless OPQS fancy Leipheimer's chances in a sprint, or Euskaltel relies on Martinez' incredible burst of speed to win the stage.

Indeed. they are running out of KMs to make a new break.

I'd love a transcript of what Gilbert said to the careless dog-owners, it looked like the little girl is going to have issues for life with the colour red after that.

If the break can hold on till the finish i think EBH, Paolini, Albasini, Vanendert, Nuyens and Roy- will be the likely contenders to win.

If the race comes together for a sprint i shall say Goss or Sagan.

I guess it's about time for liquigias to start work for sagan. If they don't do anything today, than it's pretty ****ty team work this year, as far as I am concerned.

OPQ and Euskatel pulling this one back for their 2 big sprinters...

Sad to see Levi has descended to pointless pulling back of a break so other teams can take the top 20 on the stage - who do they even think can go for the stage?

Lol brilliant act by Gilbert. Put the freaking dog on a leash!

Just watched the post crash "dust up" on France tv.
Gilbert went out of his way to get into it with the owner
of the big black dog, only to find out it was a 5 year old girl!:D
Still, that didn't stop our Fearless Phil. He had to be restrained,
while the terrified kid hung onto her mother's legs.

(OK, I've used a bit of poetic licence with the ownership, but
the rest is true.)
