The ITT isn't long enough? Ya lost me there. Isn't long enough for who to do what? certainly you don't mean it's not long enough for Armstrong to put time into contador.....do you?

All I mean is that with one ITT the mountains are going to be more significant AND Contador is pretty similar to LA at the ITT - so i don't think there is enough here for LA to better AC (assuming he has the form to be competitive which we don't know yet) - but all will be revealled in three weeks :)

I'm not sure that less than 500 km would do that.

LOL.

Armstrong is going to do ok in the mountains. He'll race once or twice, but otherwise will ride to protect his position (assuming he's in the top 3 going into the Pyrenees).

First crash of the day!

The only crash I saw was the Japanese stream(only one I could get working)!!! Anyone have a good English stream that isn't from FromSport. My comp won't work with Fromsport.

Thanks,

They're fighting for position for the first 350m of cobbles now, sky and astana to the front, going to get very tetchy later if they're lining up 4Km early for 50 seconds of bumpy road.

would like to make a cheeky request that fans refrain from gushing on about how well the Sociopath handles his bike and knows how to ride up front.

He always rides up front, as if he's the yellow jersey, even if he isn't.

The duty of 190 odd other riders is to ensure he remains there unchallenged.

Otherwise there is trouble. Remember " I will crush you Little Prince" ?

I swear I just saw a Garmin rider take a swing at someone.

EDT: That is one narrow road. Going to be a major crash.

Blink and you would miss that first section.
Farrar is really going to struggle.
Bertie looked fine, moving on up.
