From the overhead, Philipsen's sprint didn't look too offensive. Wout didn't have the speed to keep going on the right, rather than getting chopped...and I can't stand Philipsen, so if it were close, I'd be standing on my chair.

Yeah it's a close one I think, it's a question of endangerment. You're allowed to come round and in front of people if you're going much faster, but I don't think the differential between his speeds and Van Aerts was enough to justify the deviation.
