The rest have to keep Froome isolated till the last 3 last climb and then attack him every minute. That's the theory

What are Saxo doing?? Don't pull, attack!

I think the fear is if they attack, sky will just wait up for the domestiques then train it the rest of 130k and bring attacking riders back easy.

That is the group with Sagan and T. Martin, no way that one is getting back.

You wouldnt think so unless the guys in front slow down - and with Porte apparently now dropped by Evans i dont think that is likely. Going to be a chase after this descent but if Porte is dropped already then it doesnt bode well for him later on.

The best tactic for saxo is to keep pulling to make sure no one of sky comes back.

And then later in this stage try to destroy Froome. Attack on the flat? :D

They have to attack 1-2-3 i mean garmin,Saxo,Movistar and Katusha.

Cmon Jesus, you have to die for Alberto!

Problem is,.. Sky doesnt have that option. Porte is toast.

This will be a real steel-bath for Froome. With so many saxo and movistar, he cannot really follow every attack unless he truly is armstrong.

Lets say he choose to follow Contador Valverde and Quintana,, What if kreuziger who looked super good the other day goes, or any of the belkins?.. This is the day to do damage..

Its such a huge day and essential to pace yourself. Someone not in the lead group now, is sure to still finish top 5 today.

Porte isnt pacing himself though, hes in trouble.

The flat part after the col de mente will decide if this will be one of the most legendary stages in the last 10 years of the tour.

Porte at 1:35!!

Movistar needs to help, that way Porte is gone thus one more podiumplace.

Tactics by Sky. Pretend they are really weak, make Saxo Tinkoff work really hard, all catch up with 70km to go and TTT to the finish. Can't believe everyone is falling for this.

1 big danger today imo is that valverde wanting his podium decides he has a better chance for it bringing back attackers (and pulling froome in the process)
