And I was about to start watching it. Guess I was too late.

Nice to see Kreder up in second.

He lost 7'40 today. The GC is quickly finished for him. Official results :

So Rujano should get this quite easily now with Tommy D out of contention. I guess Garmin will go for Zabriskie in GC now.

I know he lost 7.40 in the stage, but he might not get the time lost in the GC because it was in the last 3 km. But I am not sure if HC races also use the 3 km rule.

the only opponents rujano has with or without danielson are his teammates. but they will work for him. there's outsiders like crawford who are great climbers and in great shape or some iranians maybe like mizbani but he seems to get a bit old and the yougner climbers of iran aren't here it seems this year

Just wanted to point out that Askari is more likely to be a contender for Rujano then Mizbani, who's slowly getting old. A real risk for Rujano is neither of them. :)

askari is same age as mizbani and both have been riding less strong in recent year(s) :( the new generation is there though in iran but not in this race unfortunately

If you take note of his time, he was given same time as the front runners.

But dead last must mean he crashed hard, sad for Tommy who'd easily top5 in this race if he wasn't seriously injured.

He was given the same time, look at the time not position.
