Chapeau Gaudu - coming good late in the year, but better late then never. Tiberi gets the GC! wow ... what a mess up by UAE & MvdP. Ayuso & Hirschi did not seem to be on the same page.
This was actually one of the best GC races of this year. I think the route is excellent, I wish we could replicate a similar route in the tour of Britain as I am sure there is potential for that here. But, alas, the organizers are incompetent
On the only stage that was somewhat similar to Zurich, Pedersen got dropped like a sack of potatoes though.With all this 'can Van der Poel survive the Zurich circuit?!' I feel like Pedersen is very much enjoying this situation where he is able to fly under the radar at such an extent. Those legs look more than solid.
