Halfway: top 5: 1. Engoulvent (SAU) 2. Rast (@RSNT)+3 / 3. Hayman (@TeamSky) +5 /4. Sieberg (LTB) +7/ 5. Gaudin (EUC) +7

Engoulvent came 3rd last year and is generally a good prologue rider so this time may be pretty competitive.

Disappointing by Rowe at 3:57, he looked to be going strong but that wasnt reflected by the time.

Great by Fuglsang with a 3:50 on his return which puts him in 4th.

Wonder whether he is doing Dauphine or Suisse, can definitely see him getting a podium there. Probably I guess it will be Suisse as he has gone very well there in the past and is pretty besotted with the race.

Of course it will be Suisse, Dauphine starts Sunday. Suisse has a pretty weak field actually, so maybe he'll make the podium indeed. Leipheimer, Danielson, the Rabo guys, that's about it I guess?

Would be funny if Engoulvent effectively a sprinter gets him second stage race win within a month.

Gerdeman finishes in 58th @ 4:03 so the defending champ doesnt seem to have the form to defend this race...

Just came back from the Prologue. Nice to see, you could walk from the Departure line to the Finish in about 2 minutes and a half, just in time to see the rider leaving the ramp, arriving :)

What I found interesting is that Bob Jungels has a better time then Fränk Schleck, while F. Schleck has improved his time from last year around 5 seconds.

Would be interesting to see if he can do the same trick, he did when winning Paris-Roubaix U23. Just trying to TT away with 20km to go. Doubt they would let him go anyway.

More than the 20" lost to Engoulvent, the problem for Gerdemann will be that Fuglsang or Frank Schleck will be protected.

Fränk looked awkward to me, like could barely stand on the pedals while sprinting for the finish line (judging from the stationary camera at the finish ). Posted a very good time though.

Klodi seems to be confident for TdS and Tour.

Shoulder, probably? Remember, he's still saying it hurts and is a bit sore.

Pleased to see Dowsett in top20, according to his tweets from past few weeks he wasn't really able to train much at all.

Don't know if this a serious question, anyway he was 17 seconds down. This with a flat tyre, not that bad, I would say.

Just came back from the Team presentation and the Start of today's stage. Weather is quite bad with rain, but over 20 degrees.

The presentation of Jakob Fuglsang and Fränk schleck was funny, when the announcer presented Jakob as the man who cried when felt for missing the Giro, while Fränk followed the example and cried while falling in the Giro.
