Apparently this year they added moto crashes into spectators to make up for the relative lack of crashes in the peloton.
Uhm... @Sandisfan and @xo 1, you might wanna read the article.

What will be the time gap Almeida-> Mohoric?
You would think not a lot on a 16k TT, but then again Vingegaard put 3 minutes into Wout on a 22k TT, so anything is possible. Maybe world champion Tobias Foss will gain 5 minutes and win overall.
Still a faster average speed for FFB than everyone bar Cavagna in the 2021 Katowice TT, which used a lot of the same roads. There will probably be someone who beats it but he's very much in contention here.conditions are getting better, though. There were still more wet patches earlier on.
Time trialing Vainsteins.2M Euro Foss with a meeh TT once again
Provided one more person beats him here, he will become the first-ever world TT champion who failed to reach the podium in more than two TTs during his year as the reigning champion whilst having done more than one TT (Ullrich didn’t do a single TT in 2002 after his world title in 2001, and Rogers didn’t spend 2004 as the reigning champion because Millar hadn’t been banned yet). Definitely the biggest fluke of this generation.2M Euro Foss with a meeh TT once again
times at the finish always seem to be a bit off, though. Thomas crossed the line at -2.7s or so, and now he is listed with -1.8s.PCS puts Thomas in 2nd, on screen timing in first...
EDIT: ok it changed on PCS.
he looked a bit off all week, at leastSpeaking of horrible TTs - what on earth is Sobrero doing?
I know Foss has become a bit of a meme, but this assessment is quite harsh. He has hardly raced due to covid. And he got to spend way less than a year in the jersey anyway.Provided one more person beats him here, he will become the first-ever world TT champion who failed to reach the podium in more than two TTs during his year as the reigning champion whilst having done more than one TT (Ullrich didn’t do a single TT in 2002 after his world title in 2001, and Rogers didn’t spend 2004 as the reigning champion because Millar hadn’t been banned yet). Edit: aand he’s been pushed into fourth, so congratulations to Tobias Foss on making history!
Thomas will not win thisFinishing on 7 seconds to Thomas is actually unexpectedly good.
There are barely any races with TTs in the latter stages of the season, he would have done at most one more TT in the jersey had the Worlds been at the normal date. He’s also hardly the first world champion to struggle with injury or illness.I know Foss has become a bit of a meme, but this assessment is quite harsh. He has hardly raced due to covid.
