Is Visma reeling the break back in early because they want to go for bonus seconds with Brennan in those two intermediate sprints? Bigger odds in getting the leaders jersey like this. Although they won't get there in time for the first one.

not 100% sure, but I think Bittner etc still didn't make it back, so if so, they probably want to keep them behind.

when Scottsen climbed back onto his bike after the crash, the team car passing at that moment missed him by inches. If that. He didn't even flinch. Amazing their aren't more accidents with team cars. I know the DS's and their drivers are very experienced driving in and out of the peloton, still it's surprising it doesn't happen more often.
