Fuglsang is still bad at TTs.
Less aero bike on a highspeed descent and his cornering didn't look that great to me.Ala lost more time to Urán in the descent than the climb
He was never "bad" at it - he won the Danish championships earlier in his career - so he has always been a pretty ok TT rider (though not a specialist).
This TT is most definitely far below his level.
