Is there a TV coverage schedule? I can't find anything but an Italian network and I get 2 things of RAI and it's never got sports. I get Claro, ESPN, Bein and a couple of others but I got a bad feeling

The initial stage design was quite bad already. Sankt Gotthard & Furkapass would've been an improvement actually. Now the stage is kinda obsolete.

If at least it was a 1 big climb 50k stage like the 2009 Blockhaus stage at the Giro d'Italia!

Are you guys hyped for watching the zillionth TT this year where all the GC riders start early? I‘m not.
Edit: Lucky for us, Del Toro, Pidcock and Carapaz at least wait for the first minutes of the broadcast.

I need to make myself President for Life of the UCI!
Broadcasting requirements for WT/WWT races:

1. Must have live coverage in at least 50 countries.
2. Coverage must be full-race. Special permission can be given to have the first part to be through streams on social media, though proper coverage cannot start with less than 100 Ks to go.

Time for a new rule:
To deal with that, I'd propose that organisers not only decide the order of teams, but make a rule that decides the order of riders. That could be in order of their UCI ranking.

If so, the order from last rider would be:

[...]

In addition, I'd have the defending winner start last if present.

Was it the Malaysian race they used to start at the bottom of one (quite long ) climb as a mass start. Was like 25km lol
The Genting stage in Langkawi has usually had normal stage length, if I'm not mistaken.

You might be thinking about the Tour of Japan, which often has had very, very short Mt. Fuji stages, sometimes just the climb itself.

Bonus points for the first 35km being like -2% average meaning riders come in absurdly fresh and we can have a beautiful bazooka of watts, from which to obviously determine that either Pogacar should be shitting himself or maybe just maybe W/kg estimates aren't the most important thing ever
Is that Laurens Ten Dam's mugshot!?

Scared the *** out of me he looks like a serial killer

True, I don’t know much about the Asian races. Fuji probably sounds about right

Stage is underway, with Almeida currently on the lead. Apparently it's still dry, but this could change later on

SRF's coverage started early to show the Swiss favourites. It's actually more technical than I thought.
