Everyone just assumes the worst with Andy. The guy has problems breathing, I think that is a good reason to abondon. Some people on here just think cyclists are machines and not humans, drives me nuts.

I have problems breathing too when I'm trying to keep up with the professional peloton. So I have respiratory problems too?

You might want to see a doctor for that. Asthma could be the end of your MTB career. :p

No matter what he said, the people on the forum would say he was just whining. If explaining the reason for why he abandoned is whining then I consider Contador a whiner for explaining that his lackluster performance on stage 6 of the Vuelta was due to cramps.

look. Andy does it all the time. Whines about the weather, descents, the weather, people attacking him, descents, the weather.. Alberto doesn't. That's the difference.

if andy was truly still injured he wouldn't be starting all those races now, he's just in a s*** condition because he has no mentality at all. he's always been a sad pathetic **** and now with older brother frank out he;s in total crybaby mode and one step short of retiring entirely(when frank gets suspended)

Favourites for tomorrows TT?

Rogers, Kreuziger and Talansky?

Tomorrow is easy: Gustav Larsson IAM Cycling. And that´s not because I am Swedish.. I think he has some things to show, and he is a great Time trialist =)

If Larsson had the winter prep he had before his 2012 paris-Nice prologue victory, he´ll be hard to beat.

It´s between him, Dekker, Kreuziger, Talansky, maybe Rogers and Löfqvist.

Yes, Andy has whined about weather, descents, etc. in the past. But people on this forum automatically assume anything Andy says is just him whining, when it isn't. Explaining his reasoning for abandoning is not whining, it is "explaining why he did something." If you consider Andy a whiner for doing this, then you have to consider Contador a whiner when he says he explains he had cramps.

Long live the whiner who wins the race. Hail to Contador. Beside teaching some, we shall not name, how to change their gears uphill , he now can teach them how to whine their ways to a win

What does Kreuziger have to do to stop being rated as a time trialist?

Pinotti may be another candidate, if he's in reasonable shape.

He´s a good time trialist, it´s February, and Wiggins, Martin and Phinney are not there, so he has a reasonable chance to make at least top3.

I don't consider him a whiner for this, but a wuss.
