I basically watch 75% the season on record because of times zones and it doesn’t have the same feel as live :(
You're an Aussie, right? I feel for you because you guys are something like 150hrs. ahead of everyone or something like that...

Like you I really do prefer to watch sporting events live and having discussions as the event is happening because no one knows the outcome yet and the energy and reactions are spontaneous, with replays that kind of energy just isn't there. Plus you have to dodge spoilers if you have to watch replays, it sucks. :(

Yeah Sydney, it’s basically midnight and well past my bed time and Veneto still has a decent amount of time to go
 
Froome 64th in the last stage, he didnt lose too much for a domestique. I didnt watched bb the stage but the team was in a Split atbthe first climb and they surely Froome was one of the guys worked to catched the main groups of just 36 riders...and later i think he was positioning his leaders, but just to be there till the last climb is ok. Without work he would have been in the group and this is a World Tour race. Hope he has better oportunities and luck with crashes next year.
