You can hear the public addres system's commentator in the background in the video. Could be listening to FM radio or watching a TV stream - hard to tell nowadays as it's all on mobile phones.So, like at 0:23 into the video, those fans on the right side of the road, do you think they're switching to a live video stream to see the finish, or the have old fashioned radios, (or do people not have FM radios anymore)? Never really thought about this.
