Rewatching this now - the CN article left out a lot of interesting detail about the stage - Narvaez going with the initial move but blowing up, Todome sitting up from the break to ride for Healy, his crash on the descent, Bilbao jumping to the Healy group on the descent etc

Well worth a watch for anyone who hasn't seen it!

This Healy ride really was something else. He attacked, rode on the front. Someone tried to take over and he was like "I'm good thanks". He kept riding. Was caught, and he attacked again. I wonder what his output was through the last 50k. He should win at least 1 stage at the tour with this form.

Healy has been good nearly all year so far but did n't get much joy in the Spring Classics. He's a marked man now in the peloton.
