Pinot and De La Cruz about to take on a long wet descent. This could be ugly
Pinot is from the wettest region of France, he should be better in wet descent than in dry one.

For GC, good luck taking more than 1 min to Bilbao before the last descent, because he'll take at least that back.
The last 500m ramp is more likely for Bardet to take those 2seconds.

This looks like the kind of stage where we see nothing of the riders between the front duo and the peloton, then one of them appears out of nowhere and wins the sprint.
