Pellizari is scheduled to ride the Giro this year so I'm not sure if there is a point to him stepping down and riding l'Avenir after that.Pellizari has been impressive this race. Will he do Tour de l'Avenir again later this season? Must be a big favorite, if so.

Sure he's young enough but when you have gotten to the place in your team that you get to ride the Giro, is there really any draw in doing l'Avenir after that?
