Nice one Alex Dowsett. Would love to see him do well tomorrow. Be good to see if he's 'a TTer who can't climb for s**t' as some people on here have said or a much better rider than that.

Dowsett is an itt guy that can't climb for sh*t there you have it. I said it again. now just wait until you see today, he doesn't stand a chance. and this isn't even a very strong climbing field compared to europe that's why I think mancebo will crush everyone here like he did last year with sevilla I believe.

There is more to cycling than climbing, and I'd much rathercsee fresh young talent doing well with certain others.

Who will lead the peleton with LL having no team. People could send riders up the road and then not chase.

Must of been a pretty bad day fro BMC. They were all high up onn gc and have crumbled.

A few crappy pics.

I have to say that this is one of the lamest jerseys to win a stage with. I know plenty of clubs who look better than this. Is this the best that RadioShack and Mellow Johnnie could come up with? I guess the good thing about Levi taking the lead is that we don't have to see it anymore.

And yet, your so 'focused' on Levi  why?

Jeebus! Leecheimer fanboys are even worse than Armstrong fanboys. Apparently if you don't love Levi then you should not even post. Well, screw that. Leipheimer is a boring racer and a boring guy. No one will pay more attention to the ToU because he is there. In the post stage interview yesterday he proudly called himself Mr. Invisible.

Aside from one of the three big guns on a team who is a member of the Pro Tour spending his time slumming in the U.S. instead of competing with people at his own level, it does not help that two weeks ago the manager of his former team revealed that he was manipulating his blood. What type of message does that send?

Have to admit, I'm pulling for Mancebo. If he wins, it will be by a spectacular attack on the Queen stage. (I don't think any of the local boys have a shot at this point.) :(

Expect fireworks in Little Cottonwood--Leipheimer will have some defending to do. And I bet Mancebo is really regretting not having Sevilla here this year.

DAOTEC, thanks again for all the great info, and keep the fan pics coming, guys!

Moose (and anyone else in town for the race): I just posted in another thread about the outstanding Utah microbrews on tap. Head down to Squatters sometime soon and have some sweet potato fries and an Emmigration Amber for me. Pics please. God i miss that stuff.
