Isn´t that what Thomas the Sinner has done...

Well, he admitted he used, although declined to mention exactly when (emphasising of course all his wins or high placings were clean). Given how many webs he's already spun surrounding when he used i'd hardly start trusting him now. He has not admitted who within the Rabobank structure aided and covered for him (or else looked away when it comes to the HumanPlasma connection). He hasn't, either in public or to WADA, said anthing about Cecchini... Confession my rear-end

If you don't listen, you're not going to hear (if this isn't in the Bible, it should be). He actually stated that Cecchini had nothing to do with it, and that we shouldn't look too far for his EPO dealer... i.e. somewhere in Holland. Which excludes the HumanPlasma option as well.

We are entering deep into clinic territory and as such I do not wish to continue this discussion, certainly in this sub-forum.

Because i did not wish to see him return to pro cycling, let alone a top team.

so it's terrible news to you, to the rest it's great. thomas is still very popular in netherlands. fortunately we don't care too much for doped riders

oh so if someone admits of wrongdoing you are the one to decide whether he speaks the truth. you sound like a true christian indeed

He's made, if I'm counting correctly three 'admissions': First, "I did not dope". Second, "okay I doped, but it was once in the 2007 off-season." Third, "alright, okay, I doped a bit. But I'm not telling who my contacts were, or when exactly i did it, but I assure you all my big performances were clean."

That's not, to me, a full admission.

"Thomas Dekker hasn't confessed, because he hasn't addressed this or that issue."

"Yes, he has."

"Uhh... take it to the clinic."

Right... just say you don't like the guy, that's what this boils down to.

I addressed this issue in an above post, after being questioned on it again. I hope it suffices.

As for not liking him. I liked him a great deal, once upon a time. I had my mom drive me all the way to Morgins, and Lausanne in 2007 to see him climb and TT his way to victory in his win in the Tour of Romandie (less impressive than it sounds, I was living in Geneva at the time). I was very happy for him and managed to shake his hand and congratulate him at the time. I had a lot of hope vested in him. It was a bitter disappointment to find out, despite his many assertions that he was not, that he doped.

Nothing against team chicken but that seems a bit of a detour for Schumacher from a career perspective (don't snicker).

Miche is a bit of cheapskate team but I would have thought Schumacher could do better unless 1) he is being paid above market value and 2) his reputation is so shattered (which given a couple of other recent signings is a bit unlikely) that he is short on substantial offers

Some caught dopers are more equal than others.

I agree, though, team chicken probably made him the best offer. There's no other reason to sign with that team.

Nice to see that Lloyd has found a team. Lampre will give him plenty of chances to do his own thing but also ride for guys like scarponi.

Sporza tweeting Daniel Lloyd to Lampre.

I'm sure they mean Matthew!

Any news of any actual rumours regarding Dans future?

Haven't heard a thing on Lloyd. Same goes for Hammond and Bellis. I'd be surprised if any of the three stay in the world tour. GB looks set to go from 16 to 14 in terms of world tour riders. Fortunately for us many of those 14 are very good riders.

Well it was always mentioned a few teams were interested and weren't GreenEdge. Should be good for Lloyd, likes Italy. :)
