As for Castroviejo, he's going to Movistar and Euskaltel is pretty mad at him.

Pretty much. That, and the fact that he has kind of sucked since Madrid. Euskaltel doesn't want to have a Beñat Intxausti 2: Electric Boogaloo situation.craig1985 said:So that would explain why he hasn't been selected for their Vuelta line-up?

Quote:
"Euskatel-Euskadi generally only sign riders from the Basque country but have two Frenchman on the team this year in Romain Sicard and Pierre Cazaux"
Uh-huh.
Also this:
Quote:
Ricardo Garcia and Victor Cabedo (...) are rumoured to be joining the professional team next year.
"Yes, they have options"
Hooray for abysmal translations!

The guys got to the French Basque Country thing before I could. As for the other quote, it's simply a bad translation. "They have options" implies they can choose between several teams for next year. "Tienen opciones", in Spanish, means they have a chance of making it to the A team.Kazistuta said:I really don't get what you find so wrong in these two quotes???
