Millar won't go to GreenEdge, he'll be riding for JV until he retires and he'll almost certainly become a DS for him straight after.

which immediately makes us question if the entire het neiuwsblad article is "credible"

I don't see why he would leave but that doesn't mean the rest of the article is not credible.

Few others. No idea whats been reported and what hasnt.

Tejay van Garderen > BMC
Hushovd - already rumoured vaconsoliel and europcar, now add cofidis to the list
Jacopo Guarnieri : Liquigas > Colnago or Sky (cant see him at sky)
Cameron Wurf : liquigas > Androni

Renewals

Santambrogio (BMC) until 2014
Santaromita (BMC) until 2012

José Rujano, Giairo Ermeti and Riccardo Chiarini (Androni)

source: ciclismo/weilerflits

Would be nice to have Tejay to move to BMC. I highly doubt Wurf would go to ANdroni after he moved to Liquigas this year.

With all these rumours on many of their big names, it certainly does seem like tough times for THR. Maybe they could scale down and refocus. Even without all the names rumoured to be leaving, they would still be a reasonable team, but not top10.

berhane is the best one for sure. bigger talent than teklehaimanot

There's Natnael Berhane (20 years old). Other Eritreans younger than Teklehaimanot haven't raced so many international races yet, so it's hard to tell how good they really are.
But most top Eritreans (Freqalsi Abrha Debesay, Meran Russan, Haile Dawit, even Tesfai Teklit) are actually older than Daniel Teklehaimanot - I'll have to contradict Ryo Hazuki on that (and it'll get me a bashing, no doubt).

Teklehaimanot is by far the best Eritrean rider - even the best young African rider. And it's about time he gets a contract with a big team.

Thanks :)

Teklehaimanot had a contract with Cervélo for 2011, but then they merged with Garmin and bye-bye his contract. Turns out cycling is big there, thanks Eritrea being a colony of Italy.

Former colony.

So they're saying Langeveld will go to GreenEDGE. If that is true, I'd be interested in why he would choose to go to an Australian team, except for the extra

he will get.

I do agree but there is nothing wrong with getting gilbert as he will get BMC a lot of wins which is what they need. anyway 2/3 of the GTs will be ridden by evans.

Of course if Gilbert wants to join BMC it would be great, I stated that earlier in the thread. But in general I think BMC needs sprinters and climbers not classics riders.

Rumour has it that HTC will fuse together with the US healthcare team, which would probably mean that they will scale down a little and will lose at least one of their big sponsors

Sportwereld-the sportsection of nieuwsblad- is very accurate most of the time...
and after reading the article, I see no mention of Millar whatsoever...

?
From that "article":
Een andere transfer in de maak is die van Matthew Goss. De winnaar van Milaan-Sanremo trekt ook naar de nieuwe topploeg van zijn land. De Schot David Millar (Garmin) is de derde renner die naar Down Under trekt.

So will either of these Eritreans be in the peloton next year?

Would like to see it.

Also whats up with the Afro Carriibean lad in Europcar. Has he been in any major races yet?

Aww, I wouldve loved to see Tommeke on Rabo. Wondering how the commentators on Sporza would start commentating on that, maybe a bit less negative towards the dutch riders :p!

But BMC is not a good pick for TJVG. he should go back to Rabo:D

Too much climbers with potential on Rabobank already, wouldnt be the best for him certainly.
