You're right, we should start discussing it in a million separate threads of their owns, just like back in '09!

I got a bit mixed up because ive been in Poland for the last month where wages and prices are lower (for now) and £125 for 2 days would provide a very comfortable lifestyle.

A few weeks ago I did a charity bike ride from Bielsko-Biala to Gdansk, I was quite surprised how far your money goes there - similar prices to Slovakia. After visiting Slovenia and Croatia I had assumed prices in eastern Europe were aligned with what you might find in France or Spain.

£125 a day. Wow thats not bad. Whats your profession?

Tommy better be careful over the coming months. Remember what happened to the last 2 gt contenders Vacan signed.

£125 = $195 AUD, which is what I get per day including over time, well I'm $5 short, and this is the company I work for:

One other person started when I did, he's from Poland.

From the front page RE TinTin

Gazzetta suggesting Astana as a possible destination. Rebellin also maintained that he had grown stronger during his suspension, in spite of his advanced years and lengthy lay-off.

It wasn't so bad - we did it over 9 days, and were given something like 400 Prince Polos for the group to keep the energy levels up, along with various pork products we collected along the way. The most exhausting bits were trying to concentrate through the daily three hour hospice visit after doing 100kms (the charity supports Polish hospices), which involved presentations from the hospice (in Polish, doubly long due to being translated for the Brits in the group), and various media engagements (mainly local news stations).

Geeez. The last bloke who joined Astana and gained stregth despite his advanced years and layoff ended just swell..... I don't think Rebellin is going ProTour. He hasn't said sorry yet like DiLuca.

And on Tuttobici, Pozatto says he may stay at Katusha. I thought he would like to get out of there as soon as possible. Is this a sign of Thcmil gone? He does say there will be changes on the team for next year

Lol, I think he hit his head to hard when he fell of the stairs. Or Tchmil was the one that did the pushing and now Pozzato is too afraid to leave

Perhaps he is trying to get a few more dollars from his new team. He would be crazy to stay there unless absolutely noone wants him.

yeah, I think it's time for him to come home and re-focus. Some think he's just hype, some think he's due the attention, but in the end I guess we can all agree he's been performing below his abilities, even before his string of bad luck.

There have been rumors about Igor Makarov (head of ITERA and Russian cycling federation) being furious at Tchmil for not being successful at signing Menchov, so there were rumors about him being gone, and Menchov in for 2012. Then there were rumors that Tchmil and Menchov kissed and made up. Now Menchov is saying that he'll stay with GEOX.

What does all that have to do with Pozatto? Well, if Tchmil is gone, than it makes sense for Pippo to stay, because frankly how many other teams will be able to a) give him as much money as Katusha b) still dress him as leader for M-SR and cobbled classics

http://www.radsport-news.com/sport/sportnews_71295.htm
text is in german, here's a short translation:

"John Degenkolb will ride in the future for the dutch team Skil-Shimano. John has today signed a two-year contract, said his manager, Jörg Werner, to the news agency dpa. The 22 years old rider from Erfurt already won 6 races this year and will make his debut at the vuelta espana this year. Degenkolbs team HTC Highroad will disband at the end of the year"

Another short note to Toni Martin is also in the text

"A decision to which team his team-mate Tony Martin is going, is still not there. There are many interests for Martin who won Paris-Nice and the hard time trial at the Tour de France in Grenoble. Among other teams also Skil-Shimano and Garmin Cervélo have shown interest in him"

He apparently made a mistake. He sent another Tweet out saying that the Martin signing was still only a rumor.
