He's a bit like Moncoutie just that he lives in Norway and refuses to move. Meaning that when it rains, he doesn't train. Which is about 5 days a week in Norway

I don't think they'll make Tour of Norway that flat again next year, I mean the country is basically only hills and mountains. This year it seemed as if the organizers tried their best to get as few hills as humanly possible. But it's not like Willmann or Rasmussen will win anyway.

Well, the two of them did get away on the only meaningful climb this year (together with Kelderman). So there could be hope for them.

It's 2.1 next year and EBH a.o will be there. Considering Kelderman made them look like club cyclists I would imagine that some of the pros from BMC, Sky etc can beat them too

1) I have rarely seen such opportunism and attention-seeking as from the Hembos (male and female).
2) Exactly how is one supposed to take this serious? First they announce "we want to ride the Giro in 2012 when it starts in Denmark", then they retract "we couldn't find a sponsor big enough to make a Giro start possible" (note that this was announced by Michael Blaudzun, and not Hembo), and now they say "we want to build a Nordic super-team".
3) They destroy the racing in pretty much every Danish NE race, with their HTC-like tactics setting it up for Furlan's sprint finish; and at the Køge Post Cup race, they bullied their way into having him declared a joint winner when it was clear they had set up the sprint one lap too late...
4) They are the laughing-stock of at least part of the Danish racing scene. Some still refer to the team as "Stenca".

Mmmmyeah, Wilmann, who didn't even get a contract offer from his current team Joker Merida because manager Van Oudenhove thinks he's stagnated.

Great for their reputation, but most not feel good for the team to lose all their top riders every year, they simply do not have the budget to keep them. They still have Rake and Bugge though, both quite strong puncheurs, albeit inconsistent.

I don't think they mind losing their riders to the pro ranks. That's the whole point of the team isn't it? To develop riders that can take the next step. They also don't seem to have any problems recruiting the best talents from the other norwegian teams either. And with riders like Stian Remme and Svein Erik Vold they have the experience in the team to take care of the younger riders that pass through.
