Biciciclismo seem to know that Cristian Cominelli is one.Ruudz0r said:The Dane is probably John Bohn Ebsen who got 5th in Thailand and rides for a team from Brunei. So if thats correct the signing is Mitchell Lovelock-fay from Australia, who is a world champion.
The other one is most probably Jordan Kerby
2 extra years isn't exactly the most spectacular deal ever.Libertine Seguros said:Well, after his 2012 wouldn't you take steps to lock him in as long as possible?

I thought he would shift to Coldeportes like all the other Colombians..

Ryo Hazuki said:of course. but still it is rare such a long contract renewal. for a lot of money too I assume. a gamble that should pay off though I think
Exactly how stupid are you? I assume he already had a 2 year contract, so that's until 2013.Ryo Hazuki said:you can't count?
jens_attacks said:that is far from being a gamble (barring injuries god forbid)
the thing is how long alejandro will be around? 2025?![]()

2015 makes 2 extra years.

Vandborg is a valuable water-carrier and pacemaker on flat stages. Every team needs riders like him.
MADRAZO said:He must have the best manager of all time since a rider like him, who has done nothing for years, can keep getting these contracts while much better riders strugle to get jobs.

RedheadDane said:CWO has signed two new riders. They're providing following clues:
- One is a double World Champ
- Both riders have been World Champs in Road, Track or MTB
- The two riders have no doping convictions
- Both are to ride as active riders
- Not Igor Astarloa
- Both riders are under the age of 28
- Both riders are men

Kanstantin Klimiankou (BLR)
Maksym Averin (UKR)
Oleksandr Polivoda (UKR)
Mathieu Chiocca (FRA)
Giorgio Brambilla (ITA)

The signing of Brambilla might be a sign that LEOPARD TREK CT may not continue anymore. Since it was basically created for Jungels, who has now passed pro, it has served its purpose. There are no other Luxembourg talents at the moment. Kirsch looks promising, but not like the winner type. Its other main leaders Julian Kern and Aleksandr Pliuschin were able to step up too, so for some riders it really worked as a stepping stone. Brambilla had a lot of podium placings but only one win IIANM. Going to Atlas Personal is not really a step up from LEOPARD TREK.

I didn't like them to begin with, but now I can't stand them.
Clutching for every opportunity to get into the media.
Other teams would just make a press release "we signed rider XY".![]()
