#Transfertalk Juan Antonio Flecha signs at Vacansoleil DCM. The Spaniard will leave Sky.

Not surprised but sad to see Flecha go.
He is one of the good ones all round.

Best of luck to him

Riis would only give away half his team as a last resort. Saxo and Tinkoff are both confirmed for 2013 so it doesn't seem likely.

Radioshack to merge with Saxo? Or Saxo to merge with Leakygas? One or the other will happen. Am I too crazy?

Radioshack rides Trek bikes

Saxo rides Specialized ...

Bruyneel again with Contador?

Riss and Bruyneel?

Hm most unlikely although they might have lots of talks about earlier times  to do...

In the live update on lavuelta.com:

Johan Bruyneel confirmed at the start that RadioShack-Nissan-Trek will continue next season. "My team will continue in 2013 with the same structure, staff and riders"

Hmmm

substitute for Tosatto next year maybe?
Anyway, a way better man for the sprints than Haedo, though I like both Haedoes a lot, they just don´t have a place or results to be on this team any longer. But I agree with Pistoleo, a bit useless signing but I guess Riis have a special reason.

Besides he rides a good TT, Riis likes that.

I know, but he is what, 43263246324 years old? :p

He is 32.

Problem is that he seems to get worse and worse every year as a sprinter. Yes, his injury didn't help, but it's difficult to see what direction he will take.

lool :D he do a great job, he rides all year on a high level, not a bad man to have in the peloton.
I agree, and he was one of the main weaknesses of the 11 TdF squad compared to the Giro squad.

EDIT: Him not being at the Tour that is. He was great at the Giro

That's a useless sign.

useless if they use him just as a sprinter. I always thought that Bennati could become a great domestique once his DS realize that he is not that fast anymore. Good on flat, good on cobble, good with the wind, not bad on short climb, and with good positioning skills.

I don't think Bennati would agree to become somebody's bodyguard just yet.
